Why I Started My Own Company

I spent my entire career dedicated to someone else's vision, living paycheck to paycheck, only to realize I was giving the best years of my life to a boss who never truly valued me. For all the hard work and sacrifice, all I ever received was a simple "thanks."

I worked so hard that I neglected my own health and my family. I was diagnosed with diabetes and found myself in poor health, just trying to make ends meet for the sake of my loved ones. The more effort I put in, the more work was piled on me. I never once asked for a raise, and unfortunately, I was never offered one. I wish I had spoken up sooner. Now that I'm no longer tied to that job, I feel free to say what I truly think: "Fuck you."

To anyone reading this, please don't waste the best parts of your life on a job that doesn’t care about you. It doesn't matter if you think it's a great opportunity or if your boss calls you a hard worker and a great person. At the end of the day, you’re not the one making millions or even a high five or six-figure income. No job is worth your life. Bosses don't care about you — you’re replaceable!
